Gibbon watching, Thailand at Khao Yai National Park (2 Days, 1 night) - This 2-day wildlife tour in thailand will give you the opportunity to see the wild gibbon in his natural habitat and to learn about his behavior. During this trip we will also see many birds and butterflies and hopefully we get to see some other wildlife as well. The sound of the gibbon is unique and breathtaking and to hear this in the morning is a fantastic experience. The area at Khao Yai national park is gorgeous and one of the natural highlights here is the beautiful waterfall Haew Narok, where we can relax. Khao Yai National Park is located 175 kilometers northeast of Bangkok and covers an area of 2168 square kilometers. The park is largely covered by dense evergreen forest from which the tops are located 1000 meters above sea level. Khao Yai is one of the few national parks in Thailand where several kinds of wild animals can still be seen in their natural habitat. Wild elephants, tigers, gibbons, gaur, deer, porcupine, and wild boars still inhabit the area. You can also find 300 different species of birds in the forest. The rare hornbills are one of the most beautiful ones and they can still be seen easily at Khao Yai. |
