Bangkok This is the perfect introduction to Thailand, the Buddhist faith, its regal splendor and its tradition. Although it is no longer the Royal residence, The Grand Palace remains, the symbol of the Kingdom of Thailand. You will visit the key attractions around the Grand Palace including Wat Phra Kaew (the Temple of the Emerald Buddha), The Royal Pantheon, Coronation Throne Hall, The Royal Reception Hall, and The Royal Funeral Hall. |

Bangkok (area) Early morning departure to Kanchanaburi. Visit the famous Bridge over the River Kwai and the Death Railway to Burma, built during WWII and portrayed in David Lean's film in 1957. Onward to visit the Tiger Temple where, if you wish, you can go in with real live tigers. |

Bangkok / Siem Reap Transfer to Bangkok Airport. Flight to Siem Reap. Arrive Siem Reap International Airport. Meet with your guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Visit Angkor Archeological site: South Gate of Angkor Thom: Bayon, Baphuon, Elephant and Leper King Terraces. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, continue to visit Preh Khan - Neak Pean - Mebon Oriental - Pre Rup. |

Siem Reap Breakfast at the hotel. Then visit the Tonle Sap Lake. (Please note that the dry season in Cambodia begins in March and ends in June. During that time, the water level in the lake may be so low that it is not possible to cruise around - However, you may discuss with our guide for alternative places to visit.) Lunch at a local restaurant and free time for souvenir shopping at a local market. Transfer to Siem Reap Airport for your flight back to Bangkok. Transfer from airport out to Pattaya |
