Arrive Bangkok

Arrival at Bangkok International Airport. Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with a sign with your name on it.

He will drive you to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

Bangkok city tour

Today a city tour through Bangkok is on the program.

You will visit various temples, among which the Grand Palace + Temple of the Emerald Buddha "Wat Phra Kaew" and the Temple of the Solid Golden Buddha Wat Trimitr.

Other places to visit include the Marble Temple "Wat Benchamabophit", the Temple of Dawn "Wat Arun", the Vimanmek Teak wood mansion (the palace of King Rama V in the early 1900’s) and Jim Thomson’s house (the founder of the Thai silk industry).

Jim had very clever ideas about how to build a cozy and comfortable house that keeps cool in the hot city of Bangkok when there was no airconditioning yet.

Around noon you will have lunch in a local Thai restaurant.

In the evening you will attend an original Thai Boxing match in the Lumpini or Ratchadamnoen Stadium.

Floating Market + Dinner with Classical dancing

Early morning departure to the Floating Market.

You will have between 1 and 2 hours to explore the market.

Optionally you can make a boat ride in a long tail boat along the canals of the floating market (not included).

Then back to Bangkok, arrival at your hotel around noon. The afternoon is free.

In the evening transfer to a dinner with classical Thai dancing performance.

Enjoy a Thai dinner in an authentic traditional Thai house, build from teak wood.

Experience a variety of typical Thai food and the warm hospitality of waitresses dressed in national costumers.

The dinner is complemented by the spectacular show of choral singing and Thai classical dance performances.

Khao Yai

Early morning departure to your hotel near Khao Yai National Park.

After check in you will transfer onward to the Tan Rattana waterfall for an Abseiling adventure.

The tour is a one day tour with program roughly as follows: 09:00 arrival at the starting point, instruction about abseiling and use of rope and equipment by an experienced authorised instructor; 10:30 transfer to Than Rattana waterfall, first cliff descent 70 meter, second descent 18 meters.
