This is the perfect introduction to Thailand, the Buddhist
faith, its regal splendor and its tradition.
Although it is no longer the Royal residence, The Grand
Palace remains, the symbol of the Kingdom of Thailand.
You will visit the key attractions around the Grand Palace
including Wat Phra Kaew (the Temple of the Emerald Buddha), The
Royal Pantheon, Coronation Throne Hall, The Royal Reception Hall,
and The Royal Funeral Hall. |

In the evening you will enjoy a romantic river boat dinner
cruise on board of an old rice barge which has been rebuilt.
You will be traditionally welcomed on board of the barge
with rose water spray and an odouring jasmine flower necklace.
Also you will receive a small book with a reproduction of
Thai river life and a description of all attractions that you will
pass by this evening.
During a quiet and romantic candle lit tour you can enjoy
the traditional Kim (Thai xylophone) music.
This cruise is a voyage through Thai history, culture and
gastronomy along the Chao Phraya river, passing by Wat Arun, the
Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Royal Palace. |

River Kwai and Tiger temple
Early morning departure to Kanchanaburi.
Visit the famous Bridge over the River Kwai and the Death
Railway to Burma, built during WWII and portrayed in David Lean's
film in 1957.
Onward to visit the Tiger Temple where, if you wish, you
can go in with real live tigers. |

for tourists to get a chance to see, feel and smell the old style
and traditional way of selling and buying fruits, vegetables, etc,
from small boats.
