I just wanted to write and thank both of you for making our Egypt trip such a wonderful experience. We truly made memories that will last our lifetimes and our children had a fabulous experience. All of our guides were so helpful, punctual, kind and informative. Shiko, Hany, Shenouda, and Wafeek were all just super and made us feel so welcome! The drivers too were excellent. I would not want their job!!! Thank you to both of you too for answering all of my questions prior to the trip, we wouldn’t have changed a thing!!! I cannot thank you enough for making our week in Egypt at the end of January so special. Your staff (Ali, Hani, Ash and Mohammed) were all so friendly, professional and efficient. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they were wonderful... We all felt that you are very fortunate to have Ali, who besides being extremely knowledgable and patient is also 'one of the nicest human beings anyone could wish to meet' (as Andrea the artist said and echoed by all of us). He was also wonderful with the children, particularly my son (who had a fantastic time), but Hani and Mohammed were also so kind to Ivo and to me. First off thankyou for the best holiday ever. We could not have found better guides in all of Egypt I'm sure than Tamer in Cairo, Sayed in Aswan and Hussan and 'Ankh' in Luxor. They all put across the information in an interesting and easily understood manner, were more than happy to answer any questions and took the time to make the tours enjoyable as well as informative. As for the reps in the cities I think I have to mention Honey in Luxor, he was courteous, tireless and we really enjoyed his company on our trip on the felucca as he did ours I hope. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to any of my friends and family for future holidays. Very well organized and always a professional and caring staff. I was in good hands from the minute the trip started until it ended. The guides spoke English perfectly and were extremely knowledgeable. At every destination I was greeted by a friendly agent who had all the details of my stay in that location and was able to answer any questions I had. The guides and agents made my experience in Egypt unforgettable. I would take a trip with One World Tours again without hesitation! It was nice to have tips for Egypt in our booking pack. Cairo - Rep greeted us at the airport which was very reassuring. Fantastic guide. Aswan - Yasser, our rep, was fantastic and helped us when we got into trouble. Yasser got us a great felucca trip. Luxor - Good guide around the temples. Shades of Egypt / One World Tours was a fantastic way to see Egypt - enough support in a foreign country to take away the fear factor, but enough independence to see the real Egypt. You enabled us to see more of Egypt than we could have seen off our own backs and gave us the confidence to experience more..and it was well worth it in terms of the price too. Just back in the UK on Tuesday and I have got to say this is the most memorable trip we have ever taken. The entire trip was fantastic! The people of egypt are so friendly and the food is amazing. There was so much to see and although we covered a lot in our tour there was still so much left to be seen. Our stay was a very comfortable and stress-free one-the tour guides were very efficient and went out of their way to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. We were picked up and dropped off at city that we travelled to and from. The hotels were fantastic and every effort was made to ensure that our needs were consistently met. |

We received lots of information about the areas we visited and what else there was to see throughout out tour and also lots of help on 'what to do' in our 'at leisure' evenings! The most memorable parts of the trip for myself had to be the Nile Cruise-stopping off at diffrent towns on the way and the staff on the cruise ship were brilliant. There was not much entertainment provided by the Cruise staff as we were told that this is organised by the boat to cover every night of the stay. We really enjoyed the trip in Hurgada, with all the wonderful activities you could part-take such as the desert safari, snorkling, diving etc. The hotels and shops were fantastic and the city really lit up at night!!!! Our entire trip was extremely well-organised! We met lots of people that had horrid outcomes from their tour companies...thankfully we chose yourself!!! I only wish you now did tours to Canada and America...as thats where we went to head towards next and we'd love to use yourselves! Thankyou for providing such an excellent service!!!!! Sabha - UK |
