Newly built in 2000, the Hotel Movenpick Aqaba is adjacent to the archeological site of the ancient Islamic city of Ayla. The main hotel building is on Cornishe Street, linked to the beach by a two-storey bridge, hosting a lap pool, cafe, health club, and shops.

The5 starts resort is an architectural gem and evokes a feeling of grandeur and luxury, not only in the generously designed public spaces but also in the tastefully furnished accommodations.

Movenpick Resort offers 235 spacious rooms and suites equipped with a host of modern amenities. All rooms have a balcony or terrace, offering breathtaking views of the beach and gardens. The onsite restaurant serves a wide selection of seafood and other international delicacies. To complement your dining experience, a fine selection of international beverages is also offered. Sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool are some of the recreational facilities at the hotel.

Facilities Aqaba, with its indigo-colored water, moderate sunny weather, spectacular underwater safaris and coral reefs, is the ideal location for relaxation, water sports and diving. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from downtown Aqaba.
