This morning your guide will meet you at your hotel.

There is a full day of sight-seeing taking in the traditional and the very modern sites of Tokyo

Your guide will also take you to activate your Japan Rail Pass allowing you free travel for the rest of your time in Japan (on all JR lines)

Tokyo

Once you have your bearings, Tokyo (with your rail pass in hand) is really easy to get around. So today, although your guide will not be with you, they will have set up some suggested ideas for things you can do today, based on your own ideas and likes.

Mount Fuji

Today we take a day trip to the famous Mount Fuji and the stunning surrounding area which is about 1 hour outside of Tokyo by train, where on arrival you will be met by an expert guide who will show you everything from the Mount itself to springs, hot enough to boil eggs !!!

Visits in and around this area will also usually include a cruise on Lake Ashi and a ride on the Mt. Komagatake Aerial Cableway.

Today you have a full day free at leisure. Tokyo has so much to offer and if you let us know what's of interest to you, our staff will make sure your "days off" are well spent doing the things you most enjoy.

Nara

Today it's a trip down to Nara for a days touring / sightseeing

Visits today (subject to time) usually include...

• Todaiji Temple
• Kasuga Taisha
• Nara Park
• Kofukuji Temple and
• Naramachi

Tokyo

Today is your last full day in Japan. There is an optional day trip out at Disneyland or Disney Sea (only 1/2 an hour from Tokyo (central station))

Alternatively, once again, our staff can suggest something to fit in with your own needs / likes.
