Tour Payment Terms
Terms and Conditions for making Tour Payments
3 Sharing a Tour / Rooms
There is a 5% discount across the board for any groups of 3 people sharing a tour and having treble rooms throughout
Age Discounts
Infants / Children aged 2 or under are usually free (although some hotels may charge a small per night fee)
Children aged 2 to 12 pay 50% of the adult tour price (based on the child sharing room with parents / guardian)
Children aged 12 to 16 pay 75% of the adult tour price (based on the child sharing room with parents / guardian)
Note : All above discounts apply for children sharing a room with 2 (TWO) adults. Children of any age sharing with 1 adult are classed as an adult.
Sleeper Trains
Double Cabins are the only sleeping quarters available and its INCREDIBLY rare for 3 persons to be allowed to share. So if singles or triples are traveling by this method, you need to keep this in mind, as you will either need to pay double and have your own Cabin or share with another party / person
Cruise Cabins
Some treble cabins are available on cruises and rates discounts apply as above (see 3 Sharing a Tour / Rooms and Age Discounts sections)
Where treble cabins are not available the third person will have to have their own double cabin.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
Deposits (Generally due within 7 days of booking)
Deposit payments / Balance payments must be made at least 6 weeks before start date of tour. (Where the booking date is less than 6 weeks before arrival date, deposit terms / dates will be agreed separately)
Payment methods accepted are : -
- Credit / Debit Cards - All Major Cards (secure online and subject to a 3% charge)
- Cheques - All major currencies (please confirm with us before sending)
- Bank Transfer / Wire
- Money Order / International Money Order
Balance Payments
Tour balance payments are payable (in general) 6 weeks prior to tour start date.
Payment methods accepted are : -

- Cheques - All major currencies (please confirm with us before sending)
- Bank Transfer / Wire
- Money Order / International Money Order
Note : * Clients wishing to pay their balance by Credit Card must do so a minimum of and 45 days prior to arrival depending on your location, card etc - please contact us for full details or special arrangements.
Refunds
One World Tours do not refund Tour Payments / Deposits for any reason. We therefore suggest when booking a tour for us you take out Travel Cancellation insurance. This will generally cost only around 3% of your tour cost and gives you complete peace of mind.
Further to this if cancelations are not given in a timely manner, oustanding balances on invoices may be chargable to cover our costs.
