Current Temperature for Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic is hot and tropical, with little seasonal variation in temperatures.

Visitors need to be aware that on the north coast of the country, the rainy season falls between October to April.

While on to the South of the country the wettest months are May to November. So if you want to avoid the rain then the driest area is the west.

If you want a cooler temperature with less humidity then November and April.

The hurricanes happen in August and September ( usually biannually) on the south of the country.
