BUND - There are nice sidewalks and cafes along both sides of the Huangpu River in between Lujiazui and Peoples Square. The Bund is the name of the Puxi side of the river near Nanjing Road and provides nice views of Lujiazui including the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Jinmao Tower.

The Riverside is the name of the Pudong side of the river near Lujiazui and provides a nice view of the early 20th century style architecture of the Bund, especially at night.
