Late afternoon visit to the nesting colony of Magellanic Penguins at Seno Otway (October through March).

Transfer (5 hrs) to Torres del Paine National Park
Visit the enormous Milodon Cave that once sheltered a giant prehistoric sloth.

Evening walk 2hrs over flat terrain across the "Ruta de la Fauna" at Lake Sarmiento.

Cross to the western side of the Park to Lago Pehoe.
Salto Grande waterfall.
Mirador Grey. Sail back to Pudeto pier then drive south to the shores of Grey Lake.

Enjoy an easy-going morning
The evening is free to take a scenic boat trip out on the iceberg-choked lake, approaching the towering walls of Grey Glacier.

Early morning board the vehicle back to Punta Arenas.
Arrive in the airport of Punta Arenas in time to catch the late afternoon flight to Puerto Montt. Transfer in to the charming city of Puerto Varas.

Experience the Osorno Volcano looming in the horizon.

Drive southbound along the Carretera Austral.
Enter Alerce Andino National Park.
Walk to Sargazos Lagoon.

Morning departure to Petrohue Falls
Enter Vicente Perez Rosales National Park and trek through the native forest to Laguna Verde
Hike up the volcano to the La Burbuja Crater for a panoramic view of the Petrohue Valley.
