Morning: Reception by representative at airport &
transfer to the designated tourist standard hotel in Paro.
Afternoon: Visit Paro Ta-Dzong the National museum and walk
down to Ringpung Dzong built in 1646 by Shabdrung Nagwang Namgyal
the founder of Drukyul (Bhutan), overnight at hotel. |

Morning: drive through the hills for a short hike to
Dzongda-kha village to get a glimpse into the life of villagers.
Afternoon: Visit the Kichu temple, built in 459 A. D and one
of the oldest temples of Bhutan.
OR Hike to
Taktshang (Tiger nest) built in 1684 by the 4th Desi, Gyeltshen
Tenzin Rabgye and one of the most sacred site of all Buddhism.
The monastery is built on a steep cliff at about 1000ft from
Paro valley.
Evening: enjoy the traditional hot stone bath over the glass
of Bhutanese local drinks.
This is the best way to relax your stressed muscles.

Morning: drive to Punakha over the pass of Do Chula (10,000
ft) for a breath taking & spectacular view of the Himalayan
ranges & a cluster of beautiful Stupas (Chorten) which
represents Buddhas mind.
Visit Chimi lhakhang founded by the great saint Drukpa
Kinley (the divine madman).
In local folklore Chimi Lhakhang is famous for its potency
in helping childless women conceive.
Afternoon: Later visit Punakha Dzong which stands between
Pho Chu and Mo Chu (Male & Female River).
Punakha Dzong is of great historical importance for Bhutan
as it holds the Mache (sacred remains) of The Great Shabdrung
Ngawang Namgyel, the founder of Bhutan. |

Morning: Drive to Thimphu the capital city of Bhutan, en
route take time to enjoy and capture the beautiful landscape in
your camera.
Afternoon: Visit the memorial Chorten, built in memory of
the third King Jigme Dorji Wangchuk, National textile Museum,
drive to Sangaygang for a birds eye view of Thimphu city and
on the way back stop to see the takin, the national animal of
Bhutan. |

Morning: Visit to folk heritage museum, institute of Zorig
cho-sum (Arts & crafts school), hand-made paper factory and
visit weaving Center.
Afternoon: leisure evening to explore Thimphu city.
